Future return trip back to your career may have incalculable many more achievements that have been graven. However, it does not mean you never do wrong. You can also establish networking with other departments in the company. If you ask office boy to send a report to another division, now time to try doing it themselves. Steel man-hour

You definitely have to do this. hehehehe this can only be done but not too often. Time management and a more stringent set priority can also help. E.g. if today you need to complete the necessary reports for clients, may schedule to meet the doctor can be reset to another day when not busy time.

Gossip
Especially for women, gossip is something that can be difficult to be avoiding.
