Every day we meet people who experience stress, it has could be our colleague, boss suppliers, children, our wives or husbands, neighbors, etc. Stress is a part of human life in day after day.

How could we not to be stress once came out from the house, we made more stressful by traffic. When work already accumulates in the office, the additional job came up. We feel our boss to be more demanding and hard to the employees, because he also gets stress pressure from the same one.

If we treated like that, we just make sure to do the same for our employer. We eventually created chain of people who experience stress, starting from the top boss to employer. The task was increasing and tempo to finish the job narrower.

No wonder if many people being stress currently, such as snow ball effect, the longer is the bigger. Stress is a part of every day life. Often we think stress caused by events that come from external factors, e.g., the job more growing and time to complete is too short, but the higher quality demand.

But in fact, an external event does not have as direct stress in the workplace. Stress arising from the way we listen, respond and react to external events occurred. Humans react the events differently that deems stressfully and how their own response to the stress.

There are four signs marked stress symptoms, as to whether their feeling and thought look really on their Behavior. When someone in a stressful situation, most likely they will find things as effects of stress on the body. There are few tips of stress management to your stress relief:

2. Focus on what is to become our strength and provide it with the best result. If there is a problem with the boss, discuss your problem with direct superiors are not save.

I have read some blog that describe of perfume hoax. I interested and give few questions for you about perfume hoax.

Do you think that is indeed true story of the perfume hoax or only myth of urban legend?
Does Perfume hoax ever happen around where you live?
Do you ever get a asking from man or women to sniff perfume?

I read one kind report of this “One of the sundry problems with the redolence hoax is that there is none evidence of anything like this occurring. The email claims that people have been robbed of their cash and effects but no police reports be seized of been filed indicating this protoplast of robbery. Also it is highly unlikely that this same band of hooligans with tainted perfume have traveled the world seeking unsuspecting victims to smell their perfumes” But in my country I know the protoplast of robbery could happen. Even you never think about how to rob people.

What is the perfume hoax?
Perfume hoax is trick to make you unconscious in the moment because of special kind of smelly perfumed that you are able anesthetize moment. When you are in unconscious, you will be robbed including wallet, jewelry and cars of course. Usually a group of people who use tricks to rob is done in the open, car park or shopping mall.

So be careful if you ask to smell of perfume, especially that you do not know.

How to Breaking The Ice

The people with shy nature conscious keep themselves pass by from other people. Usually shy nature make someone lose the opportunity, get less enjoyment and excommunication from social relationships. But for you who have this, do not lose heart, because basically there are many ways to drive far to nature disadvantage. In fact, the formula from the shame ‘is too based on the self’ mixed with nervous. And there a blend of displeasing, feeling embarrassed when it affects your physical way with the ‘hijack’ logical tranquility.

Shame is a combination of edginess and social conditioned. To overcome this shame, all you need is try to be relaxed on social relationship.
